- 3.0.1:
- Enemies no longer have additional scaling in the next NG cycle after defeating Promised Consort Radahn.
- Improved the poise and absorptions of mimics while in idle state.
- Fixed an issue where certain enemies would not get a deathblight visual and would not be affected by spells that rely on an enemy's threat level.
- Fixed an issue where mimics would take damage during boss encounters.
- Fixed an issue where Stormcaller and Tempestcaller enemies could get caught on objects and use an attack that would not break the object.
- 2.9.9:
- Enemies no longer gain increased resistance to status effects after an effect, excluding bleed, is triggered on them. The base status resistances of all enemies were increased as compensation.
- 2.1:
- Increased the damage and HP of enemies in the Lands of Shadow.
- The sleep status that enemies can apply to the player now has the same secondary benefits as the version that the player can apply to enemies.
- Fixed an issue causing the Land Squirts to not generate a poison cloud when attacking.
- Fixed an issue causing the Furnace Golems to behave unexpectedly when killed with a critical attack.

- Decreased the amount of staggers needed to make Furnace Golems fall from 3 to 2.
- Decreased Magma Slimes fire damage negation from 70% to 50%.

- Fixed an issue causing certain items to become unobtainable when looting Rune Arcs.
- Fixed an issue causing certain enemies to perform their animations too fast.
- Fixed a few issues causing some enemies to drop an incorrect amount of runes.

- Increased the drop chance for Rune Arcs from 0.5% to 2%.

- Almost every item now has a 0.5% chance to drop a Rune Arc.
- Removed the immunity to fake targets for over half of the previously immune enemies.
- Any remaining damage immunities or 50+% damage resistant enemies have been brought down to 50% damage resistance.
- Corrected an issue causing certain enemies to drop too many runes.
- Corrected the scaling values on several enemies.
- Replaced Crucible Knight's bleed immunity with a high bleed resistance.
- Gave the faction knights, such as the Redmane Knight, a new model for their helmets.

- Enemies in lava will no longer be immune to fire damage, but will not take damage from the lava itself.
- Removed sleep immunity from all enemies.
- Corrected the visuals of the Glintstone Miner enemies to be gravity themed.

- Fixed an issue causing all Bloodhound Knights to stagger too easily.
- Fixed an issue causing sleep and frostbite status visuals to not appear simultaneously on enemies.
- Fixed an issue that would disrupt enemy AI of certain bosses when affected by blinding effects.

- Made enemies that were previously immune to fire damage no longer immune to fire damage, except when those enemies' spawn points are in lava pools.

- Increased the difficulty of all enemies in Limgrave, Stormveil, and Lower Siofra.
