How to Obtain

Liurnia, Caria Manor – Obtained from Pidia after he is killed by his puppets, provided Nepheli has drunk Seluvis's Potion. You must progress Nepheli’s quest to the Roundtable, talk to Gideon about her despair, then progress Ranni's quest to kill Pidia.
